Our project with Mr. Lulu started out very well. He helped us with several design questions and was very personable. However, we have had numerous problems with the work being done, the most serious problem being floor installation of such poor workmanship that it is unusable and unsafe. We informed Mr. Lulu of the problem several weeks ago and since then he has stopped answering our calls/texts and has shown no intention of fixing anything. He has abandoned our project in an unsafe condition and not refunded any of the money we paid for the unusable floors. The only thing we have heard from him since we notified him of the problem with our floors is bragging from him how he completed another $450,000 remodel in the past two months (during which time he has done nothing to complete our project).

Working with Phil, was easy and efficient. From start to finish the work was done precisely and according to plans. I have an absolutely beautiful new ADA complient master suite that looks more spa like than handicap accessible. Phil’s bid was right on and he did everything possible to save us money but also make it beautiful. The subcontractors he used were very experienced as well as top of the line for producing quality work. I would definitely use Phil Lulu Construction again.
