    Phils Construction was hired because he had the best ideas and was coming up with great ideas- things that we had never thought of - about how to get us more living space. We already had 3 br and 2 bath but had plans of moving in our daughter and 2 grandbabies. Phil gave us an idea that not only included a bedroom the same size as the master / with a dressing room, but it also included a nice livingroom and a bath with a shower with a bench. He suggested vaulted ceilings, a private entrance, carpet surrounded by tile, and much more, and was able to complete everything within budget and alloted time. It turned out georgous. There was never a time when he did not answer his phone. There was never a time when he was late. There was NEVER an issue with the inspections.......the entire project went off without a hitch. He was not the cheapest estimate that we had but the overall package that we wanted in a contractor was there. If you want it done right, you better let Phil do it.     Phil expanded our joint living and dining room area by removing our fireplace/chimney and moving the main wall out 7 ft. What a huge difference it has made for us! Phil had excellent recommendations along the way and is clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He also listens very well to our needs and remembers what we discuss. We are definitely pleased with the result. Phil's work always passed inspection the first time and his pricing is very fair.
