There team arrived on time, and I guess you used the materials specified in the contract and they kept a clean worksite.
I felt I had to be at the work site the entire time, I observed that the nailing pattern for the re-sloped roof wasn't according the code, they corrected it, electrical conduit was punctured with a nail gun, I had to hire a electrician to replace damaged wiring. The most disturbing ordeal was the owner attempting to charge extra for items already agreed to in the contract. if you hire this company make sure to get everything is SPECIFICALLY in writing. the job was completed on scheduled. I would not recommend this company
