Do not hire this guy. He did not do my job to code, and the TDLR made him remove his equipment.
Thankfully, my credit card company reversed the charges he made to my card, so I'm "only" out a few hundred dollars from the damage made to my security system wiring and the hole they put in my ceiling.
It was the worst installation of all time. He took 3 days to install my system, and still did not complete it. After several weeks of trying to get him to come back and finish, I eventually had to call a third party for help. It turned out that he had not pulled a permit, nor done the work to code, so I was not going to get the $600 rebate he promised me.
If you choose to do business with him based on price, beware. It may not be to code and endanger both your health and your home.

Absolutely FREEZING yesterday and my heat goes out at the end of the day! As a single mother with 3 sons, 2 dogs, fish, plants and love birds to protect it was almost overwhelming after a long day at work and still with pipes to wrap, faucets to drip and plants to bring in! However, after calling Roger Brown Heating & AC I was instantly less stressed! He and his crew arrived after normal working hours and before I knew it the heat was on and all was calm again. Thank you Roger Brown for your prompt service and professionalism - you have acquired a customer for the winters (and summers) to come. My entire family is THANK-FULL and WARM!
