We use a high quality, SealMaster manufactured, concentrated coal tar sealer, with sand added into the mix, so that our sealer is not slippery. We also add in Top Tuff, a film fortifier, that makes our sealer resist oil spots and scuff marks, helps to toughen up the sealer so it will not tear up easily, and also gives our sealer a richer darker color!
The crew at Royal Sealcoating prides themselves on treating each home as if it were their own.
We hand brush our sealer around your home, and hardscaping to ensure a clean, neat application. Then we spray our sealer over more heavily trafficked areas to allow for a more even, longer lasting coat.

Royal came out the same day I called for an estimate. Their price was unbeatable, especially with the high caliber of work that was performed by them. My driveway had many cracks that were filled and sealed over. Everything was done professionally. I also live near a parking lot that was done by them. They sealed and line striped it and it looked new again. I highly recommend Royal and will use them again.
