Can there be a negative number of Stars? Russ was contracted to build a 320 foot addition. He didn't even start until after the due date on the contract and when I suggested I get another contractor. After the excavation was done he waited another 5 months to pour the foundation. All in all, he finished 18 months after the contract was due.
While on the project site he stole an antique window. He never bothered to bring in a dumpster, without permission, he burned his trash materials on the site of my property.The only reason, I signed the paperwork to release payment for his services, is because he owe me $3350 for credited to my.

Russ Rosenberg was hired by me to build a walled fire pit patio and a 12 X 12 shed in my back yard. He did an excellent job. His workmanship and completion time finished my projects and they both looked very good. I would recommend him to anyone needing home construction projects. He is a capable individual and will give you a fair competative price for his work. I highly recommend him.

Mr Rosenberg, brought my project to near completion, 18 months after the contract was due.
He failed to address and resolve several issues.
While on site, he took an antique window unit, without permission. He didn't bring in a dumpster, and instead burned his scrap on site. (Wood, plastic, shingles) Again had no permission.
He failed to bid a key element of the electrical work, so 6 months later, we ended up doing it all. For which a credit of several thousand dollars is due. He failed to reimburse us for that and two other credits that are due (another thousand plus dollars).
In the end I have to have a whole repaired he left in a new wall. Deal with 20' of plumbing (3 pex lines) left exposed running along an interior wall, a door frame that is beyond an inch out of square, roofing flashing that came unattached. He did offer to come fix these things, for additional compensation. Not a chance or another penny.
Avoid the headache.
