This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool.

I would never recommend Russo’s pools to my worst enemy!! I should have known I heard stories from friends that used him. He is nothing but a shady money hungry man! First of all he lies about your total amount on your contract. Constantly asking for more money or they will not come! I wish I could have my pool dug up & placed on his store front! After you sign your contract & you make your installment payments he sends another bill & states the contract was just an estimate! Please save your money & use a different company!!!

They do not care about their customers. I ordered a pool in summer 2020 for installation in 2021. Installation included in my well-inflated price tag. I was told to expect the installer to come out in 4-6 weeks to view our yard. After 2 months I had to call Russos. Like other reviews no one answered the phone so I drove over to their store. About a week later their installer texts me. He says for materials and dirt haul away it will be an extra $1300 and he asks for a deposit of 50% to secure a May install. Ok... early April pool comes in and is delivered. I text installer and they go unanswered. Only AFTER I called Russos to complain so I get a response. Installer was a jerk who was mad that I found his PUBLIC business page in Facebook and checked up on his business. I called Russos back to get new installer. This guy is almost as bad as the first. I found an installer on my own. The install including materials is $500 LESS than the “free” install Russos offered. What a joke.
