A most horrible experience from beginning to end. We were given an estimate of around $12 thousand for the entire job, (a new roof. Our house is about 2400 sq. feet,) which we accepted and contracted; the best bid we received. But obviously, there was a catch. After signing our contract, we ended up paying over $28 thousand by completion of the project. Sean Lilly only came by at the beginning of the project; our many complaints were handled by employees. Every time his middle man came by, we were presented with a new bill for additional expenses. We had no choice but to pay. They demolished the old roof immediately after signing our contract, even before the permits were approved. We had no choice but to pay. Sean Lilly is a con artist. We were ripped off. They even chose the color of our roof and the finish material. It was delivered to our home before we had made a decision. The delivery of the finishing material was dropped on top of our home by a crane and they made holes all over the new subroof. It rained and our home was flooded with water. They damaged the interior of our home. I hate our new roof; I hate the color, I hate the finishing. They would not negotiate with us at the end. We were under contract and had to pay off or take them to court. it was a most horrible and stressful experience. I do not recommend this company. They seem very nice, pleasant and professional, but they will stick it to you once you sign the contract!!! They do not answer calls or messages after hours, and the one time Sean Lilly answered when we called because it was raining inside our home, he was very upset and nasty that we had "bothered" him on a weekend.
