    Windows
    $38,501

Not happy at all, was promised the windows in 2 or 3 weeks and it's 2 months now and finally get the windows delivered today and order missing some windows to complete my order, very dissatisfied at this point and time, I hope install goes better than delivery.

    windows

We purchased 20 windows (entire house) from Pinnacle Home Improvements. The windows themselves are GREAT and ENERGY EFFICIENT and are nice looking windows, Love that they pull into the house for easy cleaning of the inside & out. We are VERY PLEASED with the product itself! We were missing one screen for a bedroom that they had to order.
The crew that did the installation was GREAT! They had wonderful personalities, very helpful with questions, all were knowledgeable about their job and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! We had a lot of fun with them while they worked. We were told our project would take two days and it did, glass was broken in a couple of the old ones but it stayed in tack, none in the house, the crew was AWESOME about clean up at the end of each day.
We had some moisture issues that had rotted some wood, we were told by the salesman that they would replace all of it prior to the new window being installed and on one window that did not happen. The installer was told to leave it due to where it was located, so they put the window in. When we were told about this decision I got on the phone to Adam explaining we were told it would be replaced, he said he would talk to Gary and have him get back to me. I believe I waited about a week and called Adam back, he thought Gary was taking care of it, it took a few more days, I called again and then Gary came out and did the replacement of the wood and the repair. Gary was GREAT, he was apologetic that that particular decision had been made, he also was very personable and a pleasure to work with. There just was a communication gap between him and Adam as to who was doing what and they were waiting for the missing screen to come in. Bottom line is that they made it right, very thankful for that!!!
All in all it was a pleasure doing business with the salesman, who also was GREAT, and the installers!
    Thanks for all!!

The salesman definitely got us. Everything he said was too good to be true and it was. We had such a horrible experience with the installation of our windows and sliding doors. Our original installation date was June 20th but unfortunately the crew lead injured his hand the night before. However we weren't notified until 6 in the morning of the day that the installation was supposed to happen. We eventually rescheduled for them to come out on the 24th. Not only were they late, they did not complete the job. The windows weren't sealed on the outside and the doors weren't installed. They also left a big mess around our house. They didn't come back to install our doors until the 30th which means that our doors were left outside in the weather for 6 days. The installation did not end there. The handle of one of the doors was broken and again the site was not properly cleaned. At this point, we were just beyond frustrated. The craftsman came back again on July 8th, to replace the broken handle. So it took them over 2 weeks to get the job done. That's just crazy!

I can not leave this company any stars, but I'll put one above so someone doesn't think I forgot. In sum:
    1. They have "no showed", shown up late, said they were coming back from lunch and "no showed" again.
    2. They have damaged my home: Every window they removed shattered all over my home. I have glass embedded in my new area rug & my carpet, burn marks in my hardwood floors, and damage to my new air conditioning units outside (ding in the top and debris dumped into them). They installed windows and then rehung blinds on fresh caulk and then raised the blinds, dragging them through the fresh caulk---getting caulk all over the blinds and ruining the caulk job. They broke a brick surrounding one of the windows. They damaged sheetrock installing the windows. They left glass laying everywhere. I went to bed with shards in my bed. We've found glass in our couch. It's everywhere. The windows literally exploded when they removed them. I had 2 other installers remove windows prior to this job. Neither one broke a window. Those windows were donated to Habitat for Humanity.
    3. They mis-measured windows. Some had to be reordered, because they didn't fit. Others are too small for the opening with hugs gaps.
    4. One of the installers raised his arms and his entire rear end was showing. Completely unprofessional.
    5. One of the installers said that windows was not his specialty. He was only helping out because he had to.
    IN SUM: DO NOT HIRE.
