    Add sq ft, replace retaining wall and fences
    $3,400

    Gary and his crew are Amazing! They work very hard and the outcome is beautiful!!!! So far, the have dug 5 ft back adding to our backyard living space, took out and replaced the old retaining wall and stairs (which looks AMAZING) and will be adding fences with gates next!

    I would highly recommend them for any retaining walls, fencing, the list goes on! They me say this, they don't play! They work very hard and the end result is Exceptional!!! Gary is very kind as well!

    In addition to their outstanding work, their prices are very competitive! We are so happy and thankful!!!

    BEWARE SOUSA FENCING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    LOOK AT ALL OF THEIR YELP REVIEWS PRIOR TO HIRING SOUSA FENCING.

    Sousa Fencing is the worst company with no customer service. I was away with family and my neighbors wanted to put up a new fence because they just bought the house and wanted to beautify everything. Our neighbors hired Sousa Fencing without notice to us or our permission.

    Sousa Fencing tore down our entire fence, leaving our front and side yard exposed to any person coming down my street. They did not provide a barrier even though they were not planning on coming back for another 3 days.

    They also removed our exterior front fence without notification or agreement on our behalf. The front fence was not required to be removed, nor were they given permission to enter our property.

    After fencing was completed, I noticed an electrical cord hanging over the fence from my neighbor's yard to an outlet on our house.

    I called Sousa Fencing and asked for a manager or supervisor regarding this situation. The woman who answered the phone (whom I found out was the wife of the owner) told me she could help me. I explained the situation that I did not hire them and my neighbors did. I told her that the fence was not in any condition requiring replacement, it was just for vanity purposes that they wanted a new fence.

    For no reason at all, rather than discussing the complaint or trying to understand it, she started yelling at me and berating me over the phone, telling me I didn't pay for it and was legally bound to pay half. I told her that I never hired them and that my neighbors did and it was not required for me to pay for a fence since it was not a hazard.

    She was not professional at all, she was berating, argumentative and rude. I would never recommend Sousa Fencing to anyone. If they did hire Sousa Fencing, I would be very concerned how they would treat their customers since her lack of listening and communicating was so horrible.

    Rather than providing a simple apology, she started yelling at me and telling me that she has every legal right to come 5 feet onto our property. Our plug is 15 feet from the fence. All of what she spouts out is not legal. There was no contract signed on our behalf. The fence was NOT a hazard, therefore, it was HIGHLY ILLEGAL for Sousa Fencing to come on our property. They also trespassed to illegally use our electricity without our permission or EVEN ASKING!
