I hired Springs roofing last summer to do my roof. They did do a great job the roof looks great but unfortunately I have been trying to reach them by text, mail, email or by phone but they choose to ignore me. I have an open permit that they did not close since November 2019. Now I am getting a fine by the city for $500 plus and I also have to fix the reason why the permit wasn’t closed. According to them it’s a simple fix which is a lie since if it was they would have resolved this long ago. I have all the paperwork that I can prove if anyone else is thinking of hiring them. Contact me and I can provide it so that can’t say it’s not true.
I don’t want others to go through what I have, poor customer service they don’t even answer the phone they have an answering service and good luck trying to talk to someone from their company.
They won’t return your call unless of course they need to collect from you, then Jackie and Carlos will ring your phone off the hook.
