Originally founded by Bill and Anna Sullivan in 1964 Sullivan Super Service has delivered superior plumbing and heating services to the Greater Pittsburgh area. John L. Sullivan is the current owner and carries on the tradition of providing reliable, honest and professional service delivered in a caring manner.

I recently had my water heater replaced by Ryan S., of Sullivan Super Service. I told him what the previous technician, Nick H., from his company had gone over with me 3 days earlier, and that we could now turn off the water to the house so that the main valve and water heater could be replaced. Ryan was extremely professional and courteous, as was the customer service representative, Maureen. I had the water turned off and Ryan got right to work, explaining things as he went along. I was very impressed with the professionalism that this company, and their employees put forth. I would highly recommend Sullivan Super Service to anyone.

I wish I could rank them lower. I made a morning appointment, which meant I had to clear my schedule from 8am to 12pm for what I was told would be a 30 minute call that they were coming. OK. I could hang with that. When 11:00am arrived on the day of their appointment with a call, I called them and asked when he was coming. They in astonishment proclaimed that they thought my appointment was in the afternoon. Grinding my teeth, but I politely said OK, are they coming today. Yes, was the answer and the front office will call to try to figure out the problem. Never received a call. At 1pm I called and I was told we are so sorry, but we made a special point of getting you in today. I asked, I thought I was already scheduled for the afternoon, so why should you have to "get me in" today. Obviously, they were not interested in customer service. So, when the plumber did not arrive by 2pm, I called and cancelled. Just as I was leaving to go to work, the plumber pulls up. Very friendly guy, however, I could and would not trust this company after forcing me to waste my day on their administrative mismanagement.
