David thank you for getting to our repair quickly. We did not know how bad and unsafe the steps were we gave your information to our neighbor I think they are looking to replace the entire deck. Hope that you get the job also this fall can you give us an estimate on the encore stain that you showed us,Linda likes the basil green that you gave har for a sample also can this process be done in white on the hand rails? David O'Bara and his team restored our home to better than new, First we were looking for a painter and we were refered by Sean Baschel (our subdivision common area grounds manager at lakewood) to have Sun Deck and Home give us a estimate. We had 3 estimates and David recomended putting stucco on the home because in our other proposals each had 27-29 sheets of siding to replace plus any slats were rotten badly. We have had so many complements on how much better the home looks it is very beautiful. The front porch design is actually the logo for his company and we are proud to have our home look better than it has.
