If you have a small job that isn't over a thousand dollars or more, I would not recommend this place. The job I needed done was not a big job. It took two weeks after estimate and two phone calls to get someone out to do the job. When they showed up, it was two teenage boys, which concerned me. When they arrived I asked if they needed access to backyard to turn off water and they said no. As I walk by , one kid was googling how to remove a toilet. A little later all I hear is water gushing in my bathroom, spilling all over the floor into my hall, and he runs outside to turn water off. I called office and voiced my concern on them being so young, and how I now had water everywhere, and he asked rudely, do you want me to send someone else out. He said he'd come by and check on them, and I shouldn't be concerned because one kid was his son, and knew what he was doing. He assures me that they will fix everything and he'll be back to check job one they are done. They were going to replace old flooring in my bathroom and secure it with 2x4 which they didn't. The toilet is all wobbly and floor uneven. We had agreed he would replace floor and I would I would put vinyl tile myself. The particle plywood they put was cut uneven with gaps all along the tub and walls where you could see to the ground underneath still. When owner came back I showed him the bathroom and how was I supposed to put tile over that with gaps everywhere. He got defensive and loud with me, raising his voice that it was done how we agreed. He got angry over the fact that I would not accept incompetent work done by two teenage boys. We went back and forth and he said it'll stay like that and I told him I wasn't paying for 2x4 and he said he wasn't taking any payment, and he stormed out mad. To me that's validation that he knew job was done poorly. I have never had a stranger get loud with me in my own house. I'm extremely upset, and feel so disrespected.
