I love this company some much. They have courtesy reminder calls and ETA status calls. Which help me so much to remember scheduled appointments. They are always on time, so professional, and kind. Jordan Walker is seriously the best. He always goes above and beyond to fix the problem and makes sure it is done right. Jordan even once threw away a dead mouse that was under my sink for me cause I almost died!!! I can’t say enough good things about Jordan and Tingey Plumbing & Heating. Great experience. Michael did all of the plumbing in our remodeled kitchen and bathrooms including fixing what our previous contractor did wrong. He was knowledgeable, very thorough and detail oriented, and took the time to fully explain everything to us before during and after. The owners Candy and Ken Tingey are also awesome people and very professional. Having talked extensively with them it is clear that truly care about being the highest quality, most knowledgeable plumbers in the business. Great company, I highly recommend Tingey Plumbing.

I have used Tingey Plumbing for years. Mr. and Mrs. Tingey run their business with integrity and I am delighted to have finally found them. I am writing today to praise my most recent interaction with the company. Years ago, I had been told by another plumbing company (large starts with a "M" and it's on the top of your google searches) when they installed my soft water conditioner that the soft water was plumbed to go everywhere including to my cold water line in my kitchen sink. Not able to afford replumbing those lines, I have been using bottled water and a water cooler for the past five years. It's been quite a pain. Today, the Tingey plumber Jordan actually tested the water coming out of various taps and gave me the welcome news that in fact the soft water is not piped into my kitchen sink. No more plastic water bottles and lugging heavy water jugs! Jordan is also fixing some connections and piping that were installed with inferior parts and materials by that same large "M" company. Again I am grateful to have found Tingey Plumbing.

Tingey did a wonderful job diagnosing, quoting and repairing my Mr. Steam steamer. I would highly recommend Tingey for all your plumbing, heating & A/C needs.

Michael did a great job fixing my condo's main water line. His service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. He took time to explain and show me why the waterline had burst. My only complaint is that they don't do electrical, sheetrock, and general maintenance! I need more companies like them! They take such great care of my home, they keep the workspace clean and always do great work. They've saved us lots of times.

Scam Alert!!! This company is a total rip off and has the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with in my lifetime. Called four times and left a message for Ken Tingey always told they were short handed and he was on a job. Never called back about the heater not working. Had to call another heating company and I was told I was sold a wrong size unit for my condo and it is now burned out and trash. So after buying a brand new heater less then 3 years ago it is now junk and I have to buy a new heater. The only way I could get a call back from Tingey was to tell them if I did not get a call back I was putting up bad reviews. Got as call back ASAP and was screamed at by Candy and then hung up on several times trying to resolve the situation. She then sent me a text stating "Reviews go up we are done and I wont even look into it" Beware of this nightmare company so you don't get scammed like I did. Also they threatened my with a libel lawsuit if I posted the truth online.

We recently moved into a home that was suffering from “deferred maintenance” so wanted to have the water softener evaluated (it was our first water softener and we weren’t familiar with its operation). Ken Tingey patiently took the time to teach me about how it worked while he checked over the unit. He made a couple of suggestions relating to how it could function better and took care of the changes at my request during the same visit. He also had a quick look at our HVAC unit and pointed out a leaking pipe which could have caused problems down the road, if left unnoticed. A service appointment was scheduled at my request for a few days later. At that time, Rob efficiently repaired the faulty pipe as well as helped to resolve an existing problem with the filter rack that was proving to be a challenge when I tried to install clean filters.
My initial contact with Beatriz in the office instilled in me a sense of comfort that I had contacted a company with integrity. Both technicians were polite, informative, and professional while also being conscientious about covering their boots before stepping into our home.
Experiences with other plumbers at our previous home had already prepared me that plumbing services can be costly. What makes the cost bearable is having people in your home whom you feel you can trust are treating you fairly and honestly.

I had both a couple of repair projects and a warranty issue on steam room equipment. The Steam manufacturer recommended Tingey Plumbing. They came on time, prepared to do the work, finished fast with great results, and left the place cleaner than it was. Easy and honest. Price was great. He went out of his way to make sure it was done right and to address any concerns. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are the best. Everyone is extremely competent and they take the time to help you understand the problems and solutions. The best part about my dealings with them is that they are old school. They come in, take a look at things, and deal with you reasonably. If you could probably fix the issue yourself, they will tell you how, shake hands and leave - no charge. If you need them to fix the issue they will, but it's always fair. That is the way my Dad did business and I am so happy to have found another company who thinks the same way. I give Tingey my highest recommendation. Oh - and if you call them, I would recommend that you look at their $99 dollar three year membership plan. For $99 they will show up once a year to make sure everything is operating as it should. If you need work, you get it at a discounted rate. Works for me!

I had a burst pipe in my basement and they were amazing at moving projects around to come up within hours to fix my issue. Super easy to work with and great customer service. They cleaned up before leaving and were very patient with explaining the process and how to prevent future issues.

I had major plumbing issues when I moved in 7 years ago that required a complete rebuild of my heating system. Ken handled the rebuild quickly, so that we were able to have water and heat restored. They continue to check on my system to make sure everything is still running well. I give them the highest recommendation possible.

I called Tingey Plumbing to get a quote and discuss the work recommended by another plumbing company. Ken Tingey, master plumber, returned my phone call and discussed the water heater issues, options, and price points with me within the hour of my leaving a message about my situation. Tingey plumbing scheduled the work within 2 working days and the technicians/plumbers were on time and very courteous. My new water heater works well and we have a plan to make it live a long life. The work was complete and cleaned up in the time estimated and my light color carpet did not show a trace of plumbing and equipment traffic.

I have found that Tingey’s is a great company that takes pride in their service. They recognize that when mistakes are made that they need to fix them. I was in a big hurry to fix a home plumbing problem and they worked with me to get someone out right away. When that plumber did not fix the problem adequately they got another out to fix the problem and were apologetic even though it was done in good faith and was not due to fault of the company. I have gotten quick and quality service and always could trust their prices and follow up. I will use them always in the future.

I have been a customer of Tingy Plumbing and Air Conditioning for over 10 years. They are simply an amazing company and the number one repair provider I have ever worked with in in 40 years of dealing with repair companies. They are not only great at repair, they have always been exceedingly fair with my family. This is especially true on pricing repairs after initially coming out to diagnose the problem and then coming back to finish the work. They never overcharge. They are so good and so reliable that my own children even know their phone number and who to call if we have any plumbing, air conditioning or heating problems. They are like part of my family. I especially appreciate their efforts in always trying to get to the problem quickly so that my family is not inconvenienced by the repairs that are needed. Before working with Tingy, the longest relationship I ever had with a Plumbing, Heating or Air Conditioning Repair company was about 3 years. Tingy is just flat out awesome.

Their work ethic is like "the old days" when you could trust a service contractor to do a thorough and complete job at an honest price and in a professional manner. I called Tingey Plumbing & Heating for a furnace tune up and they scheduled me for the next day. Not only did they actually show up when they said they would but, they called to let me know the techs were on their way. When the techs arrived, they put on shoe covers and went right to work. He did a great job of cleaning out the furnace, changed the filter and he even adjusted the gas intake because I live at a higher altitude, it doesn't need as much gas. Now the furnace is quieter and more efficient. It was the best experience I've ever had with a Plumbing & Heating Company. I would recommend Tingey Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a company who will do what they say, take pride in their work and care about their customers.
