Owner
I would not recommend this plumbing company. In the course of getting required inspections to sell our sale-pending home, they declined to certify our sewer lateral unless we spent $10-20k to have the yard and concrete garage floor excavated. They delayed even telling us about the “failure” until only a week before settlement, after 10 days of hearing nothing. We then got tipped off about these guys and managed to get a speedy 2nd opinion from a different certified plumber who scoped it himself and certified it right then. Deceptive business practice on the part of TLC. They are apparently infamous for this according to several other people in our network.
