Incredible top notch professional team (Kevin and Monty) that complete work efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. They were recommended by our real estate contact Diane Steffen and they proved to be outstanding. They accommodated us with the numerous little extras we kept adding to their list of repairs. Super flexible! We have moved around the US and owned many homes and had many contractors - Kevin and team are by far one the best we have ever worked with! I highly recommend them! We used Ultra Nice to help us repair some sloppy paint repairs and minor wall cracks. They also help to re-stain window sills, paint exterior doors and railings, and remove a light fixture that required some patching to the dry wall.
