He is a good electrician. However, his customer service, customer communication and timeliness are way below average. I have hired him three times and in each case he sets a date and time and then fails to show up without a call, text or apology. Then you have to hound him with calls and texts to reschedule....but you may not hear back for a week or more. Most recently we scheduled work on a Thursday (on a day when I would be working from home). He did not show up. Did not call and did not text. When we texted the next day to reschedule he said he was "on the way over." What?!? But there was no one home that day and he ended up being annoyed with us! He should have checked first.... omg All I'm asking for is a little communication. And all three times he did work for us he has used similar excuses for being a no-show. "oh I had root canal and a colonoscopy on the same day." OK, but please just reach out and keep us in the loop. ugh.
