  Install 4 appliances during a kitchen remodel

  I purchased 5 appliances from Lowes and had 4 installed by Mr. Shultz's company. I could not be more pleased. I was called the night before delivery with a time of arrival and they arrived within that window. The installer was very professional and went above and beyond to to sure I was happy and knew how to operate the new appliances. It took several trips to get all 5 appliance delivered but that was due to the store, not the installer. If I bought more appliances I would request them again. Thank you so much for being so accommodating to me.

  Justin installed a new kitchen faucet this morning. He was truly a Pro! Very kind and was totally product trained. Nice job guys!!

  Washer connection replacement

  $0

  Terrible experience. We needed new hookups for a washer/dryer to be installed because the current ones were corroded. He was recommended to me by a home improvement store as we were new to the area and didn't know who to trust. I called him on a Wednesday, discussed the problem and sent pictures of the problem in an email. He scheduled me for Monday but was to call Sunday evening with the time. Sunday at 7pm I still did not have a call therefore I called him. He was still working on the route/schedule and he was going to call me by 9pm. Never received a call. The next day, the day he was schedule to repair our problem, I called at 9am because we still had not heard from him. His receptionist answered to let me know that he was not coming and could not due the job based on the pictures. This is completely unacceptable. We have a newborn and have already been 5 days without a washer and now we have to start from scratch. Extremely unprofessional.

  Hired to install microwave; they never scheduled visit.

  I purchased a microwave at Lowes in Cranberry, PA. The clerk strongly pushed me to take it with me and install myself. I am an older, petite women and my husband is disabled, so we needed the installation service.

  Lowes promised a call to schedule within 48 hours--nothing. Four days later we called and were told they called two wrong numbers. Okay with that but they refused to schedule. Six days later, no call. When we called Vyron Shults directly at 724-779-9393, all he wanted to know was how we obtained the phone number. He gave us another number 330-822-0051 to call. When we called, they said they could not schedule and Vyron would call that night. He did not.

  This is what we surmised: Vyron lives in Ohio and is a distance away. He likely waits to have multiple calls in PA before scheduling and completing the work. That means you will be hanging until he is ready to come for your job. He was rude and had zero consideration for the customer. If I could give zero stars, that is what he has earned.

  We drove and got a refund from Lowes who seems unconcerned that their vendor is losing them business. Went to a locally owned business and had the microwave installed in two days. Try Don's Appliances instead of Lowes if you want a five star experience. This guy is a loser.

  Install a refrigerator

  $450

  Was hired by sheelys to install my 12000 dollar high end built in refrigerator...
  After use of less than 2 weeks the freezer stopped working... Inspected the problem which I found an improperly installed door switch( not installed flush) and placement of a stripped out bolt to the door switch handle bar... after opening and closing the freezer door several time the bolt backed out and the piece fell off. I would find it hard to believe that this was not noticed during the installation...I am very handy and do plenty of work myself... when I called them to see if they could return to my house and fixed the problem they said they would not...

  Vyron installed my dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and water softener that was purchased from Lowe's. His expertise was truly appreciated. Lowe's installers were at my home putting in other items and they forgot some parts - which Vyron had and provided to them so that I would not have to wait. The process was quick.

  Install dishwasher. Hired by Sears

  Nightmares

  Never never let VyronShultz install Any Appliances! My dishwasher was hooked up for power with a hot wired extension cord! I had to hire a electrician to re install the power cord . Cost me $400.00 to correct the mistake! Now Sears will not reimburse me.

  This company, Vyron Shultz, is an installer company contracted by Sears. They were hired by Sears to install a warranty replacement over the range microwave exhaust hood combination.

  Vyron Shultz Company should NEVER hire let alone send such unstable employees into people’s homes.

  There was a mix up by Sears about the delivery of the replacement unit. Sears informed us that the installer would deliver the warranty replacement unit, install it and take the old unit with them. When the Vyron Schultz installer realized we didn’t have the replacement (Mind you, Sears informed us the installer would have it with them) he became instantly and obviously angered. The installer, sent by Vyron Shultz, became argumentative, rude, insulting and never allowed me to finish a sentence.

  He was overtly rude to us INSIDE OUR HOME. He asked me something, did not wait for my reply, and told me “Say thank you, please” and waited for me to say it. I wasn’t sure what he was getting at and when I asked for clarification he verbally blew up. I told him to leave our home immediately and escorted him to the door. At the front door he made threats of physical harm to me as he stormed out. Then he stood on the front steps and yelled, and I quote, “We will never be back to install your microwave. Sears will never send another installer to your home. Sears will never send you a replacement microwave; I will make sure of that. I will see to it that they (Sears) never send anything to your home.” Due to his verbal threats and extremely aggressive attitude I felt it necessary to file a report with the local Police dept. after he left.

  Vyron Shultz Company was contacted by Sears more than once about the incident but Vyron Shultz Company has never contacted us about the situation.
