Deck Build
Project: Redo our deck
Deck size: Approximately 28' x 12'
Scope of work:
-Complete demolition
-Rebuild the deck using composite decking. Railing recommendations encouraged.
Plans: Engineered plans already drawn up. Our deck is roughly 3 feet above the ground, permits likely.
Cover:
- Hoping to include a cover, depending on budget
- If included, we want electrical work for lights and/or a fan.
- Roofing may also need to be done.
Timeline: Flexible
