    Build a home

    This guy is a scam artist through and through! My mother hired him to build a house for her in Albany last year. He gave her a reasonable time frame for a completion date.... but it is still not complete. The workmanship is below parr and at this point there is no completion date in sight. Garbage everywhere and won’t return our calls. If I could give a negative star I surely would. Please share... DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!!

    In my field of work I have utilized several local contractors, some adequate and some incompetent. The team at Innovative has provided quality work in a timely manner. There are multiple reasons this team stands tall above the competition. The one I will share in this review is they care. It isn't often a vendor will complete a job and then inspect the work to ensure it meets the highest standard. These guys do. And on the extremely rare occasion they determine the final product isn't perfect, they rework it on the spot. They have a wide range of expertise so I recommend contacting them for any job you need done. I guarantee you will be satisfied with the result.
