Description Total Patio cement. All demo to be done by client. Grade down back in preparation for cement. Install rebar throughout. Pour cement and finish with an acid wash. Cinder block wall 10ft long and 4ft high cinder wall to match existing. Flooring demo all interior flooring on first floor. Install SPC LVT flooring floating floor through out. Includes leveling out patio up to 1” to match interior flooring height. Also includes flooring material. New baseboards throughout first floor only. 6” base and any door moldings will be 3” Interior Paint - Prep walls for new color walls. No ceilings. Minimum 2 coats spray and rolled for best coverage.
