Finished product is very good, but their business practices are not. Company changed the pricing on us when the job was almost complete. We had made a small change to the layout of our patio, and they insisted that it increased the cost approximately 25% more due to additional material, labor and disposal charges. Their contract states that any changes to the estimated cost would be done in writing. They did not honor this statement and could not give me a clear reason for increasing our cost.
