    Doheny leveled an addition to my home, anchored the sill plates and replaced damaged siding with stucco. I am very impressed with the work quality, pricing and professionalism. I am an Architect and my husband is a Structural Engineer, so we know what to look for. It is good to have a contractor you can trust.

    Foundation work

    Moved into a new (flipped) house last year and got help from Doheny to fix the foundation. They replaced about 15 feet of the outer foundation. They also rebuilt some wooden things under the house (as you might suspect, I am not an expert) so they could rebolt the entire house.
    They worked their butts off for an entire week. They also pointed out a bit of (new) termite damage. They were very careful of my neighbor's driveway and cleaned everything up when they were done (as they went, really)
    A job well done.
    Also, Shay was easy to talk to. I asked him a million questions. He explained things (over and over) and took a million pictures for me.

    Like most homeowners, I have had a wide range of experiences with contractors and the bottom line is that I am coming back to Doheny to do more work. They complete a complicated retrofitting job effectively and efficiently and struck me as very knowledgable. The prices are fair and reliability high. 5 star rating from me.

    I requested identical bids from four different foundation retrofit contractors. I received bids of $5,000, $4,000, $3,200 from the first four contractors. Doheny Construction identified where the other contractors had overestimated the tasks and provided a bid for the identical scope of work for less than $1,000. Work was completed with excellent quality in just one day. Thank You!
