I would like to get a few quotes to remodel the upstairs unit of a 2-bedroom, 1-bath split-level duplex apartment built in 1971.
I want to get pricing on the following: remove and replace tile floor in kitchen and bath with LVP. Replace 4 interior doors and casings. Replace kitchen/bathroom cabinets, sinks & countertops. Replace bath/shower. Replace carpet in 2 bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs. Remove/replace small area entry tile. Possibly replace both exterior doors. The unit will be empty on February 3rd, & I would like it to be available to rent again by March 1st.
