I would not recommend this company. They abandoned the project and left it unfinished. It didn't stop them from over billing me for the work they did accomplish though. There are any number of excellent and honest contractors. Find one of them to work on your project, and skip Diederich Construction.

Horrible finish work. None of the wood moldings fit together in the seams. Even up to a half an inch difference where the seams should meet. Troy Diederich is dishonest about money and his less than average knowledge on construction. If you want to end up in court, this is the company for you. There are so many talented and honest construction companies. Pick someone else and save yourself the worst experience of your life.

Troy Diederich Construction and his crew were excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They built my home (Approx 5,000 sq/ft and less than $1M) several years ago. During the entire process Troy would bring up ideas and concerns with our design. He was very knowledgeable and forthright in addressing our concerns, his team’s concerns, and the quality of the finished work by all subs. He listened and was very accommodating with change orders without drama and always was within his stated budget. His finish work is second to none and over all of these years the crown and case moldings are still exact as day one. I have recommended Diederich Construction to my friends and they too have had excellent results. When we remodel this home or build a new one, I will call Troy without hesitation!
