David did a good job listening to what I wanted in a deck. He took the time to swing by before providing me with numbers. David got back to me with questions and provided a reasonable estimate. I admit that I got lower bids, but I wanted reliability, not on-the-cheap. I was flexible with time, so my deck was not built in consecutive days. I did, however, have to change the color of the Trex material due to stock issues, and when it came time to OK the project, I had to point out the railing didn't match the opposite side. That is the only reason why I am giving a 4-star rating. To his credit, David came back the next day and made everything right before I signed off and made the last payment. I would call him again if I had another project.
