I was hoping to get some advice from my fellow seasoned contractors on how to get leads on Buildzoom and insure that the home owner follows the contract. I have 125 Buildzoom points and I pay a monthly membership fee. I still have no leads and the only 3 that I ever did get cost me quite a bit of money in gas and materials and I never heard from them again. Does anyone charge for the estimates? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there, we have had a few leads, but we never charge.
We just accept that it’s the nature of the job that we do.
Can you try to get more information on the phone/email and give an estimate to save meeting in person and using gas and materials?
