Seems like on the phone it’s a mess to find my own company or load the pics and things we have on there. Very annoying. When I look at us, we are elite at 121 and should be. When I open our page it says caution and says we are unlicensed. We have NEVER let our license lapse. I keep taking screen shots and emailing it to them and sent all applicable docs. I called and they say no you’re 121 but that’s not what people are seeing. What’s your experience?
Yes. It appears that my account profile was hacked and replaced with false information. I fixed what I could. I deleted the wrong licenses from my profile and corrected the skillset list. However, permits and review scores are still incorrect. I had a score of 114, but now it is zero.

We’ve also experienced profile issues, which include double verification of our license… perhaps a glitch? I did contact them via chat to rectify it.

I have had issues with the profile site for quite awhile but I will say I have not had much time to correct it with help from BuildZoom. It seems that my time is limited to their off hours. My issue is I have not been able to load pictures for months now and I made the mistake of deleting some already installed pictures because I didn’t like the formatting and now I have an album with no pictures. I have also noticed my score fluctuating. The only problem I can see is I’m not closing as many leads as I guess they want. This isn’t from a lack of trying but if the budget is too low or I do not do a certain type of work then there isn’t anything I can do. They should realize this is a number game. As a contractor, we put out a lot of numbers and some come back but most do not.
Bruce, would it be possible to try and upload photos again? We have installed a new system that will allow our team to observe the session and this way, we can troubleshoot any problems you may be having.
