Who is having mold issues - the problem is getting much worse again - what do you do when you find it during your work?

Mold can be a serious issue God forbid should any client hold us responsible for the cost of remediation. They should contact their insursnce agency, or the nearest servpro contracting company to have the mold remediated.
I have to find the source of mold where is start, then eliminate the mold or if it is get worst then I should get the mold specialist involve to get the mold taking care before is getting worst.
When you find mold (or believe it is mold) on a job site, the first thing you should do is to contact an specialist to determine if what you are saying is actually mold and if it is, what kind. Then, in the event you actually have found mold, contact a removal expert to take care of it. Make sure whoever you bring to do the job it’s certified in mold removal. Do not expose yourself or your crew to it since you are opening yourself to potential liabilities.
I always find mold. It seems to follow me around…lol. Lucky for me I have worked with mold alot. I know what has to be done to remove it. If you don’t know what your doing DON’T. Call a company that does. But I know what you mean. I have been noticed more lately…more then usual. That being said… always wear a mask if you remove it yourself. when you find the source you can use microban infused products or use a 10-1 ratio of bleach and water. 10 parts water, 1 part bleach.

Mold only grows when it has moisture to feed on. The first thing you need to do is find out where the mositure is coming from. Stop the moisture, you stop the mold. Mold can NOT grow, without moisture. Period. And I also agree with others. You don’t know if it is mold until it is tested.
When found, we bring it to project owners, then contact a specialist to remedy the problem fast, as it spread out.
Yes! Since i have relocated to WA I come across it all the time. It is differnt here it is all around unlike California where in older buildings with moisture related issues they have (Black mold). Experienced alot of this working in the downtown area of Riverside CA. Here in WA I use alot of bleach like I did in CA, but here in WA you really have to maintain it.
