The answer is always, it depends. But I would say attracting clients is more important then beating competitors unless the work/pay is to good to give up. I believe getting clients and having your " company’s name" spread out gaining a bigger reputation would benefit you over the long run anytime.
A bit of both, really.
Firstly we want new clients, that’s for sure. We try to offer dicounts and special pricing that will be good for our customers.
Secondly, we offer a “meet of beat” the competitions’ price guaranty. It’s strange, but fery few people take advantage of this. I offer it whenever I call a customer who has had a lot of estimates. Sometomes it’s hard to make a decision. If we can beat out competitions’ prcing without breaking the bank, we will.
We build clients who ultimately refer us to our next client. We do not strive to be the cheapest or make the most money. We aim to do the job right for a price that works for everyone. We never consider our competitors price, it is irrelivent to what price we can bid to complete a job properly.
Attracting clients…
Attracting customers. Once we have their attention, our business motto and previous work will win them over.
As a business I use the B2B portal to grab the best deals of the quality products from ranked and certified businesses. The b2b portals help in finding out the global market research. I use Quality Trade for bulk purchases of the shoes.
You will not be able to beat your competitors if you do not have clients. You have to compete in life.
Always attracting clients. We highly believe in the good manners. The competition makes us better.
We focus on constantly improving our processes and developing our skills to be the best we can be, and attracting clients.
Attracting clients by word of mouth. the most important thing i try to do is make sure my customers are happy and that they will both recommend me and that i can use them as refferences when bidding on a project. Being the cheapest will eventually bankrupt me haha
