If we were to hire a sub-contractor to help us do work with grading, leveling, or landclearing, and needed use of his machines and possibly 1-2 men, what sub-contractor agreement should we use? If the job is small and we write all the terms (machines, men, days, extent of work, approx end date, pricing rate), can we just write it ourselves and have both signatures on it?
