We get involved in sourcing materials on a small and large scale and it always brings up questions that are outside of the box. We were asked to install a Thermal tube onto the HVAC system. This was basically us installing a 12" pipe next to the already excavated footing which the HVAC system fan pulls air 8 foot under ground for 200’ before entering the home. Basically it would raise the exterior air temp to 60 degrees or so cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. I thought it was a great easy way to put money back into the clients hands each much through savings in their utility bills.
