One of the most difficult things to do. Honestly, I would try your local technical high school or college. You can start guys who don’t know how to do it wrong.
I’ve posted adds on Craigslist, with overwhelming responses from guys whose skill level varied considerably.
I’ve taken out ads in local paper, which I don’t recommend.
Tip: Don’t sacrifice your standards just to have more work. You are better off in the long run doing quality work with fewer employees than sacrificing quality to manage more jobs.
Also find good supervisors and lead people who are patient and good with your clients.
