It can be done. We would need to run supply lines (hot and cold) and drain and vent up to MN Building Code.
If you tiling the whole deal I would suggest adding another layer of actual plywood to the subfloor due to the fact that its on a frame .second I would red guard the whole floor and 4 ’ up the walls then lay tile with good quality thin set make sure you back butter.as far as the plumbing goes you will need a fancy mixing valve for three heads so think about contracting a plumber for the mechanicals
