Can someone recommend techniques for stubborn, stuck wallpaper removal?

Go to nearest paint store and buy a wallpaper removal system.

Steam it off or use a chemical remover from Home Depot - we had to do both to get the wall paper off our kitchen. Then lots of scraping.
