Would you be open to offering “paid” services to BuildZoom customers such as measuring for cabinets, appliances, and permitting help, etc?
Do you currently use a 3rd party service for similar services that we should be aware of?
We don’t charge for site visits.we offer a “Free” (soft bid) estimate on the project. Telling the client the project will cost between this and that.
Af this point the client should have a good idea about us and what the project will cost.
From there we charge a Fee for a (Hard Numbers Bid) this type of bid takes a lot of time, requires the GC to create a material take off, generate bids on all labor, materials, permits, inspections, management, ect.
If we are awarded the project we credit the client back the Fee.
