How responsible is BuildZoom for promoting a company whom represents as reliable and trustworthy but I can prove they are not?
BuildZoom will not respond to my emails or calls about my complaint and reviews the owner of the company convinced them to reject!
BuildZoom is a lead generating website. Their role is to connect you to a professional that performs the type of work you are requesting. They do their best to vet the companies that sign up with them. For us Build Zoom’s role is to connect us with homeowners. They are not involved in the contract you may have signed with the contractor you hired and they have very little power to get involved in any issues that may arise while work is being done. I don’t know what your situation is but in almost all cases it is best to try to work with the contractor as best as possible. If that cannot be done, you can go to your local building department and see what your options are. Ultimately the legal options you have will be outlined in your contract.
