I would like to do a demo of a 2story/ 1 family frame, and rebuild to a 4-family w/2 BR on a 20x100 lot w/garage. would like to find out approx cost with everything that is standard.
It can not be estimated with a lot of information, plans & specs not known. Site conditions, access for workers & supplies, underground utilities, underground excavation, ledge or not. The specification on the finishes make a lot of difference, for example carpet vs. hard wood floors. Best to get your plans and specifications and your official approvals then get 3 estimates.
