Designing a new theme cafe in San Francisco

To Whom It May Concern,

Hi, this is Tin. I am working for my boss to open a theme cafe in San Francisco.

We have five questions:

  1. Can you provide the designing plan in detail? For example, how much is the each plan and what is included in the plan?

  2. We are now looking for the cafe location. Should we sign the lease with the landlord first then find you guys for the layout or find you guys first before signing the lease?

  3. Our cafe will be around 1800 sq ft and located in San Francisco city. We would like our cafe style to be industrial style.

How much do you guys think the total decoration fees (including designer fees, material fees, equipment fees, contractor fees and labor fees) will be? We just want to have an estimated number for the budgeting.

  1. Will the designer come to the cafe to supervise the decoration process and communicate with the workers?

  2. Do you guys have logo designing service as well?
