As the title says, does a client get a dedicated project consultant (PC) without going premium? If yes, what is offered from a PC for non-premium vs premium client?

Great question. In terms of the project consultant, they will use BuildZoom to identify and connect you with qualified matching professionals, help coordinate the workflow, and provide general guidance regardless of whether you’re in premium or not. In premium, a dedicated construction engineer will be assigned to your account, and work with you through the pre-construction process.

Historically, we’ve assigned a project consultant to users, however, historically the interaction has been primarily centered around the initial call (discovery); in the past couple years, we’ve expanded their role to go through the entirety of the workflow.
