I’m considering hiring a landscaper that’s come highly recommended from a friend with many rental properties. However, my yard is sloping and I’m worried about drainage. Does that type of work require a specialist or can I trust the recommended landscaper?
It would be recommended to ask a specialist for drainage, however, the landscaper might be a drainage specialist himself. If he knows about sloping, grading, leveling, and how to reduce water leakage into the house or pooling water, he’d probably know how to design the property so it minimizes water damage impact.
