If the contract is beneficial and stable, it would be worth looking at.
Yes we do. We find it’s a great way to generate business, even if at a low markup, because it’s less time consuming and typically it’s going to be an inexpensive product that is neutral in color and in stock at one of our distributors.

I do alot of work for flippers, but they can be tough to collect payment from.
We do. We’re a bit selective in terms of who we’ll work for, however. We ensure a strong contract is in place up front, and we have certain ethical boundaries we won’t cross. (In other words, we follow the code.) Having said that, a rehab done right is good for everyone involved.
