Considering the times we’re living in these days, its difficult to believe that one can live without a home or even a business security system. Think of it in this manner! Would you live without electricity, without plumbing, without Air Conditioning? Our lives revolve around all types of technology to keep us comfortable so, why not use these technologies to also keep us safe?

We must consider that because we are surrounded by many different technologies, we must seriously consider the option. Can you afford not to have a security system? This should be the first and most important question you should ask yourself when considering a security system for your home and business.

Face it! Most of us have valuables in our home and business that have an emotional and sentimential value that your insurance policy just can’t replace. Think of it! That high school class ring. That college photo of you and your classmates… Your Wedding Photos, or even yet… Your Wedding Rings.

If this gives you pause… then I think you know what you need to do.

Now… Contact a licensed and insured repretatable Security Company! Get a few quotes! And then be sure to buy the right security system for you. Remember this - Everyone has their own opinion of what security means to them. Get the right security system for you.

Please call me to help guide you in the right direction. I want you to feel safe and good about your investment in protecting you and your valuables.

I had the opportunity to work for Brinks Security Before they were bought out by ADT.

I would highly recommend a home security system. I have witnessed first hand experiences where a home security system saved lives, offer piece of mind and provides a discount on your homeowners insurance policy!

I would always recommend that a home security system is installed. There are so many different options on the market; from companies that install and monitor to DIY monitors such as DropCam. Figure out your budget and your needs and then start doing some research to find what meets your requirements! Happy Hunting

YES, a home security system is very important when you are not at home for more than two days.

I recommend a security system whether it is for your home or business. I would also recommend installing monitored smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors to protect you as well. Today’s security is more than just security. With ADT Pulse, you can control your home/business through your smartphone or any web-enabled device. You can arm/disarm your security system, view your video surveillance cameras, adjust your thermostat, turn lights on/off, lock/unlock the doors remotely, and much more through the convenience of your smartphone/tablet/Ipad/laptop/desktop, etc.

Security systems have been part of my life for the past 25 years. Obviously, I feel every home needs one. The wonderful advancements in the past 5 years have outstripped anything thought possible to be accessible to the general population as far as expanding those systems to include automation features in our homes being affordable. Basic security should now include perimeter as well as interior protection, smoke and great change detection, HVAC control, access control and video surveillance along with lighting control.

It all depends on what you mean by security system. If you are talking about burglary alarm, this should be mandatory. Alarms help you to prevent someone to get in your house and have the ability to be notified before the crime happens. Video Surveillance system will help you more after the fact, to see who actually did crime. Besides that point, there is an opinion that cameras help scare bad guys and that they will stay away from a house with cameras. Its your call…

While a home security system may not prevent a break in it certainly helps. Thieves are opportunists and given a choice between a protected hard target and an easy pay day they will take the unprotected home every time. In addition to lowering home insurance with many companies security systems also offer the added benefit of occupancy sensing and notification when tied into a automation system.

A home security system is a must but I would highly recommend a full home automation system. Most home automation systems include the security portion but also offer additional items such as carbon monoxide detection, smoke & water detection, plus the added benefits of remotely accessing appliances, lights, garage doors, door locks, etc.

Yes I do. A home security system is a must. Its a earlier warning system to protect your family.
