BUILDERTREND. Project Management, Invoicing, PO’s, Customer Service/support, sub-contractors, quotes, leads, etc… etc… etc… Yes, it took us 4 - 6 weeks to get used to it and learn it. Their customer support in 2nd to none!! These guys rock and are available non-stop to help with the simplest and most mundane questions. We now rely on BT and love it as it only gets better every week we use it!!!

Currently we use QuickBooks Online & Desktop. Online is a little limited so we may may soon go back to the desktop version.
Yes, I use Aynax.com.
It lets me create, keep, record, adjust, copy, print, send, any estimate, any time.
It also lets me convert an estimate into an invoice with one click.
Less than $12 a month!

We use quick books; its the best for invoicing and keeping track of job expenses.
We use QuickBooks for our invoices. Then, we both mail and email a copy of the invoice to the customers.
I use Invoice2go.com - they are great. They show my progress graphs, quarterly statements, annual statements and are very easy to use.
We are a small family owned business and we try to keep our communication as personable as possible. Our accounting team created invoices and communicates with our clients directly.
