What is a good rule of thumb to use for a per square foot price for a free standing 2 car garage garage? Please, one with and one without the concrete slab.
I would try submitting the project through Buildzoom so you can get custom quotes. Lots of variables to consider… My guess would be $100/sq ft and up.
