Has any one heard of Sheerwind wind-systems?

I recently stumbled on this wind funnel system made in the USA (off-course) with 600 % more effiency then regular wind-turbines and kicks in already at an amazing speed of only 2 meters per second, and the motor is on level ground, not 180 feet in the air on a nacelle and it doesn’t kill birds according the manufacturer.

Has anyone worked with this system, and if so, does it really stand up to the claims they make?
