I’m considering buying and renovating a 1924 Colonial Home in the 28216 neighborhood with lots of potential! Does anyone have any leads on a local structural engineer to have an assessment done before starting the process? Or any licensed general contractors they can recommend preferably with a higher score than 100-lol
