Florida has adopted the 2010 building code and wondering how it is effecting the pricing and margins?
It should not be an issue, everyone has to follow the same codes, just be sure your being matched against a licensed and bonded contractor. If you find subs working your area, thatg are not licensed, report them. They are working illegally, arrest them. If the customer argues the price, tell them you are not Macco, and ask them how much do they discount their salary, to go to work every week ?
