I’m having new coping and waterline tile installed as well as resurfacing the pool and repairing a 30 ft crack behind the waterline tile. Remodel is about $7,000. There is a corner of the pool deck that has two cracks and between the two cracks the deck has sunk about .5 inch. I would like the renovator to fix that for free. Whats the best way to ask in order to get this accomplished. I would just ask point blank and also let the pool company inspect the issue and respond. The issue may be a simple fix, (freebie) or something totally out of their control. Sounds like a simple repair based on your correspondence.
